Supa Dupa Fly has become THE necessity in many 90s & Noughties Hiphop, RnB & Garage lovers diaries, selling out every weekly event for the past 5 years, and becoming unquestionably the biggest event of it’s kind in the UK. Supa Dupa Fly have hosted shows for artists including Jazzy Jeff, EZ, Rita Ora & Disclosure with recent impromptu performances from Amerie & Professor Green. Hosting arenas at festivals including Lovebox each year, as well as lots of high profile shows at Shoreditch House have been some of the many highlights. Emily Rawson (BBC 1Xtra) is one of the UK’s most in demand DJs and promoters. Her club night, Supa Dupa Fly, is unquestionably the biggest throwback Hiphop & RnB night in the UK and her all female brand, Rock The Belles, is pushing gender boundaries in music by championing female DJ talent. Emily has DJ’d for global brands from Chanel to Nike, alongside hosting and playing for celebrities including the Kardashians, Kanye West, Rita Ora and Jazzy Jeff. She has also plays festivals including Lovebox and Wireless every year . In November 2015 Emily was awarded Marie Claire’s ‘Women At The Top’ award, an accolade celebrating ten of the most inspirational innovative game-changers who shaped the year with their work. In March 2017, Emily secured a monthly residency on BBC Radio 1Xtra. You can catch her on the last Friday of every month on Charlie Sloths show, 4-7pm.
