Blank Parody are a four piece alternative rock band from Birmingham. Beginning with almost a year of silence, behind the scenes the band were undergoing an intense period of songwriting and recording with producer Jim Pinder (Fightstar, WSS). After the release of ‘Dark Pretenders’ in March 2016 the band gained attention from BBC Introducing, Made In Birmingham and the NME. Following this their second and third singles 'Locket Picture' and 'Marching Through The Smoke’ they gained numerous views and streams and went on to be featured on Kerrang!, Scuzz, Amazing Radio, New Music Magazine and Punktastic. They went on to play numerous shows opening for the likes of Electric Six!, Vukovi, Freeze The Atlantic and TheCityIsOurs.

Overdog play intricate, melodic rock music, with an emphasis on vocal harmonies and layered guitar parts. We want to write songs that help us all be good to each other and get through the weird journey that is life. 
We have a grounding in classic rock sensibilities, with a prog leaning; early American emo has also been an important influence. But we’re a diverse bunch with diverse tastes, and we hope some of that is reflected in the music.
Our live act is polished, fun and varied. We all sing on stage – sometimes catchy vocal hooks, sometimes folky, dreamy harmonies – and we don’t take ourselves too seriously. 
Recent gigs have included O2 Academies in Islington and Oxford, plus Camden Rocks Festival. Our 2016 crowdfunded 6-track album, The Breeze That Hits Your Ear, is available in all the usual places.

Miguel Montalban. Musician, Guitarist and Composer, born in Santiago de Chile.
Miguel has started his professional carrier founding indie rock band called Andes Empire in Rome, Italy in 2013. One of the singles from his first album 'Reverse' recorded by RBL Music, won Redbull Music Contest and took him to Milan and Sardenia to headline concerts for more than 15 000 people.
